When will I receive my order?
We aim to despatch your order as soon as possible. Your order will be despatched no later than 7-10 working days after you place your order and in the unlikely event of a delay, we will be in contact to let you know.
What should I expect when pre-ordering plants?
All of our young plants range for hanging baskets, pots and patio containers available on pre order will be despatched in the first week in May. The reason we wait until May is to ensure your plant is in peak condition and there is no risk of frost damage.
What if I want my pre-ordered plants earlier?
That's no problem! Just call, send us an email or make leave us a note while ordering and your plants can be despatched from March onwards.
How much does it cost for delivery?
Orders Over £25 - free, unless otherwise stated on product information page
Orders Under £25 - £4.99 per order
Returns & Cancellations
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible and if the order has not yet been despatched we will cancel your order straight away and refund your money. If we have already despatched your order, please see below.
My order is damaged or faulty, what should I do?
In the unlikely event your goods are defective, damaged or faulty in any way, you need to contact us within 48 hours of receipt by email us. We will provide you with a substitute item subject to availability, or a refund. The cost of returning faulty or damaged goods will be met by Plants Plus. Returned faulty goods must be packaged in suitable condition for transit.
Can I return my order?
Yes, under the terms of The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 7 working days, beginning the day after you receive your order.
Please give your notice of cancellation in writing either via email us or by writing to us at the address shown in our contact details.
Your order must be returned to us in a reasonable condition suitable for resale. In the case of any sealed or packaged goods these need to be returned in their original condition. The cost and arrangement of returning the goods will be your own responsibility unless otherwise specified.
On cancellation of your order and receipt of your goods in reasonable condition, we will reimburse any sum you have paid within 30 days. Any postage costs or charge for the direct costs of recovering your order will be deducted from your refund.
